Payment Methods

We offer various payment methods for our clients’ convenience: card transfers, bank transfers, and cash payments (in Thai Baht) upon vehicle pickup. Cash payments must be arranged in advance to ensure a smooth handover process.

All payments are processed through secure and certified payment systems, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of our clients’ data. We make every effort to provide comfortable and secure payment options for every client.

Advance Payment

To confirm your reservation, an advance payment of 10% of the total rental cost is required. This guarantees that your selected vehicle will be reserved and available for your chosen dates.

The advance payment can be made via bank transfer or card transfer. The full amount of the advance will be deducted from the final payment due upon vehicle pickup. We recommend confirming the advance payment deadlines in advance to avoid misunderstandings.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for every rental as a guarantee against possible vehicle damage or violation of rental terms. The amount of the deposit depends on the car class and rental duration and will be specified at the time of booking.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or card upon pickup. At the end of the rental period, provided the vehicle is returned in proper condition and all rental terms are met, the full deposit will be refunded to the client.

Full Payment

The total rental cost must be paid at the time of vehicle pickup. Clients can choose from the available payment methods—cash, bank transfer, or card—according to their preference.

If the full payment is not made by the specified deadline, the reservation may be canceled and the advance payment will not be refunded. We strongly recommend completing the payment on time to avoid inconvenience and to secure your reserved vehicle.

Additional Charges

In case of any additional charges related to the rental, such as vehicle damage or breach of contract, the client is responsible for covering all associated costs. These expenses may be deducted from the deposit or charged to the client’s card, depending on the circumstances.

Payment for additional services, such as navigation equipment, child seats, or other accessories, should be made together with the total rental payment. These services are added to the overall rental cost for the client’s convenience.

Booking Changes

If you need to change the rental period, vehicle type, or any other booking parameters, please contact our manager to confirm availability and updated pricing. Changes to the rental agreement may affect the total cost, especially during peak seasons or if the vehicle class is changed.

We aim to provide flexible conditions for our clients, and any changes to the rental terms are considered based on individual needs and possible adjustments in pricing.
